I started with Bit about 5 months ago for our golf cart dealership and have seen such an improvement in our business. We're a small company and I was looking for a system that is made for a golf cart dealership and I found it in Bitdms. The support and organization in Bit has been a huge step from use Quickbooks. Took about a month to train and implementation. Between the parts, service and sales end of Bit, it really organized our organization to have a better flow. As for customer service, it's outstanding! My rep Ben has been a huge help and he stays on top of his customers to make sure we receive the help needed. If I have questions, there's a help button, I can call or send an email and the responses come in quick and thorough. I also like that I can use Bit when I'm not at the office, compared to the other competitors.
