I started with Bit about 5 months ago for our golf cart dealership and have seen such an improvement in our business. We're a small company and I was looking for a system that is made for a golf cart dealership and I found it in Bitdms. The support and organization in Bit has been a huge step from use Quickbooks. Took about a month to train and implementation. Between the parts, service and sales end of Bit, it really organized our organization to have a better flow. As for customer service, it's outstanding! My rep Ben has been a huge help and he stays on top of his customers to make sure we receive the help needed. If I have questions, there's a help button, I can call or send an email and the responses come in quick and thorough. I also like that I can use Bit when I'm not at the office, compared to the other competitors. Overall, I'm impressed with the company and the system they put together.

We have been with BiT now for about 2.5 years. Our initial consult was with the owner of the company! How amazing is that? Almost unheard of now a days. Every time we have an issue the customer service team jumps right in and if they are unsure of the correct answer they ask if they can either email you or call you back to get you taken care of properly. We absolutely LOVE BiT!

I've been with BiT DMS for a couple years now and it has helped my dealership tremendously. I've seen features grow and lots of ease-of-life features added. The interface is clean and non-dated looking. Customer support is quick and courteous. Recommend highly!
