Edward has led BiT since 2005, helping dealerships modernize operations with reliable, cloud-based dealer management software. He focuses on delivering practical solutions for marine, golf cart, RV, powersports, and outdoor power equipment dealerships. With a background in finance and operations and experience at firms like KPMG and Honeywell, Edward has built his career around helping small businesses improve efficiency and profitability through technology. He holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a BS in Business Administration from Boston University.

Adrian Clark, Software Development Manager
Adrian leads work on the BiT platform, guiding the development, architecture, and engineering that powers the system dealers rely on every day. He has been with BiT for over 15 years, serving as a Software Support Consultant and Software Developer before becoming Software Development Manager in 2022. He focuses on building scalable, reliable tools that help dealerships streamline operations. Adrian holds a BS in Computer Science from Old Dominion University.

Aaron Killian, Marketing Manager

The newest member of BiT’s leadership team, having joined the team in the summer of 2025, Aaron oversees all branding, marketing, and advertising for BiT Dealership Software, ensuring clear, consistent messaging that reflects how dealers actually operate and what they need from their software. Aaron holds a BS in Communications from University of Tennessee and professional certifications in HubSpot Inbound and Digital Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute.

Ben Savage, Operations Manager
Ben supports both dealers and internal teams by ensuring BiT’s systems, processes, and customer support run smoothly. He brings a strong technology background in sales and customer success, with experience in customer growth, onboarding, and relationship management. Ben joined BiT in November 2023 as a Customer Success Manager and quickly transitioned into his current role as Operations Manager. His work is focused on delivering a reliable, high-quality experience for dealerships using BiT. Ben holds a BS in Organizational Management from Tusculum University and is a Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator.
